Nice. They sent me a cusco (the highly polished one) strut bar free when I bought my Zero-2Es.

It fits just fine on a SC300 (on my 97). However, It didn't clear a small black cover piece on the throttle body, which can be easily removed. Also, you will need to add some spacers underneath the mounting points of the strut bar. I just bought two more of those black oem "spacers"... the pieces that sit right below the strut bar bolts. Do this, and it will clear no problem.

If anyone is interested, I can sell my Cusco strut bar. Not gonna use it anymore because I have a resistor box and can't mount it anymore.

I don't know the part number...I just called up Cusco, and described the SC400 bar, not the SC300 bar, and they sold it to me. They said it would be December before I got it...Nothing yet.

I will keep you posted. BTW, the SC400 Bar does clear the Lexus logo.

ok so after installing the cusco strut bar, i found out that the Injen Air Intake will not work with the strut bar, it comes out from the intake manifold too far, so i put the stock intake tube back on. haven't driven with the new bar too hard yet, but i can tell a night and day difference! the front of the car now feels as stiff as the rear, very solid car.

Default Cusco bar

Hello, Nitro, I see you had a problem with the injen intake? I also have that intake, does it appear that I could make any modifications to the intake to make this bar fit? I really want this bar, and I do not have my stock intake anymore, any ideas?

Stock intake is much better than an Injen. My advice is to find a stock intake and do the BFI mod.
Once your car warms up, your intake temps are going to be through the roof, you are actually loosing power.
When your car is cold though like on first start, it will run better than the stock intake, but thats only 15 minutes of fun.

Good question, my car has an engine cover as well. Trying to figure out if it covers the engine cover or not...
