Default ecu pin out help!

i have a 92 sc300 that the ecu was going out and it would randomly die or wont start. the ecu didnt pull up any codes tho. i used my 95 ecu for temp and it worked. but since i switched it, the o2 sensor cel is on. i think the pin location for the o2 sensor are different on the 92 compare to the 95... any one have the ecu pin outs for the different years? maybe i can just relocate the pins if it is the case...

92-95 should have the same ecu pinout...sounds like your bad ecu just wasnt doing its job at all. Have you tried a new o2 sensor?

^No 92-94 EcU are PNP interchangeable
95 ecu will plug up but O2 sensor are different so it's not PNP you will have to rewire the 02 sensors
96-97 are interchangeable and PNP
98+ is a whole new scenario they changed the Ecu design the ecu plug looks like the 1jz ecu plugs.
So a 98 ecu from a 2jz sc will never work on 97 and under.

Yes Chris 95 is the weird year, and the body plugs got changed in 95 so if you put a 92 engine and harness in you 95 your oil level , oil pressure lights will stay ON till you move the 2 wires at the correct location .
I had that happen to me, live and learn new things everyday!
