It's relatively easy. Look on supraforums in the MKIII section if you can't find anything here.

Ok i got into it I just need to find some pixs of the walk through I took the big leather boot off now theres a super tight rubeer ring aound the base of the stick shift that leads into the transmission. IDK if im suppose to cut it oper or if theres a way to take it off? There just is not alot of room to work inside there without taking out the entire center console

Don't cut it, it should just come off and allow you to undo the 4 bolts that hold the shifter down

aight i got it all apart. Im just having trouble taking the shifter apart to get the seat sub swaped out.. Idk if the stick will unscrew(looks like glue is holding it in) or the **** where the bushing shifter goes comes off? man theres a ton of grease here and I dont see any fragments broken off just that the seat sub is really worn down.. thanks guys
