Oil from the drivers side, behind the front tire? Odd place for oil to be dripping from. How thick is the fluid? Better yet, where in TX are you?

EDIT: Found your intro..PM sent!

Im stumped now..any oil on or around the head/valve covers of the engine? Hows the mounting surface and threads where your oil filter sits? Is the oil filter clean, or coated in oil on the outside surface? Car is completely factory right? No na-t oil feed lines to worry about? (here i go with all my questions again)

I misread your first post yesterday and for some reason was thinking passenger side. My fail.

Best bet is to clean off the area very well and use appropiate dye in suspected pil and trace it with a black light and uv glasses. Brownish color would indicate engine oil to me and I have oil in the same spot on my engine from my cam seals leaking . I would look behind the distributor on the pass side of the head . Also better pics would help can't see much with what u provided.

The only thing that would be o. The drivers side of a 300 in the oil filter and if not properly cleaned might drip onto your subframe check that out as well

would it be best to take it to a mechanic? the oil filter is on pretty tight. i mean i just changed the oil 3 weeks ago. if it was leaking engine oil wouldn't like the clear yellow? so that makes me alittle confused. there wouldnt happen to be any other liquid thats brownish?

It could very possibly be a bad rear main...lift the front of the car, soak everything underneath in Gunk foam engine cleaner/degreaser, let it sit for about 10min, soak it again, then power wash the entire bottom of the car. This will not only clean everything, but it will help you track the area down a bit easier as to the source of the oil.

And yes oil is a light golden color, but you have to take into account that as its running down the engine, chassis, or wherever it is picking up road grime, dirt and old oil deposits from the surrounding areas..thus when it hits the concrete, its much darker.

Much darker?! Is that even possible? Guess so. Alright I'll spray the gunk under the car in the garage way soon. Thanks dude

Could be several things. Once you get the belly pan off and clean it you should be able to track it down, but it's probably:
PS fluid
AC compressor (the front seal on the pulley will leak)
Front crank seal

Good luck.

It looks its the a couple valve seals. Any price range on this? Its dripping but not crazy amounts. Like a little bigger then a quarter size in about 3 - 4 areas.
