Default Advice from guys with Auto ECU 1JZ on 5 speed car

Okay so I was going to trade my SC300 for something else but I really can't bring myself to get rid of it. It's been sitting in my driveway for the last month +. After the swap it went into what I believe to be limp mode. Basically it revs to 3K or so then dies, I shift up and it comes back, then back to 3K and dead again until I shift up. All the while it never reaches boost, it's like I can hear the turbos and then hear it all get blown off. I'm not sure if it's coming from a blow off valve or wastegate or if it's a boost leak. My general feeling is that there is a faulty sensor somewhere but I'm not sure where to look for which sensor it is. The CEL light isn't on if that helps at all, but I just realized it may not be wired up. Also it's a 1993 factory five speed

Ignition clips on the coil packs or the Igniter.

Or there might be some capacitor damage inside the ECU board.

Crack it open, look, smell.

Do these things first, they are usually the most frequent issue with the 1jz.
