Default exhaust fumes

Hello

I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to replace or fix. My exhaust fumes are really bad.... Could it be the muffler? pipings?

Also, whats the average price for changing the fuel filter?

no just open your garage door when the car is running...j/k

Are you running premium? If so my only guess would be to get the cylinders pressure tested to see if something is leaking.
