Sc300 Check Airbag Light?
Hi I'm new . Anyway, recently the airbag light on my 95' SC300 decided to light up. The airbags haven't been deployed. So is there anyway to find the problem and possibly fix it myself? Or will I have to take it in to the dealership?

you can reset the light if your airbags are still functional. search the forum for resetting airbag light. You can DIY, maybe take you 15-20 min the first time. if your airbags were deployed/disconnected you would not be able to reset it, so it will only work if your airbags are good and you do it right. its a bit tricky some call it the wire dance.

Had this happen in another vehicle, and it was the yellow connector underneath the passenger (or driver) seat. Something got shoved under the seat and the connector wasn't always making good contact. You might try checking those connections. It probably would be a good idea to disconnect the battery and wait 10Min after applying the brakes (drain any residual charge) before messing with the airbag wiring though.
