Would disconnected wires on the body plugs cause this? I have 2 wires that are disconnected at the body plugs and dont know where they go
Thanks Bro.. As for your situation, I am not sure but lets start with a few questions:

- All stock?
- Any electronics tapped into the ECU? If so, double check your connectors.
- Checked your grounds?
- Checked coilpacks? Just as a precaution, I used heat shrink to wrap the coilpack stem to prevent arching.
- Check your map sensor?

-Its all stock
-No other electronics
-Grounds are all good, least I think they are.. I will double check
-I heatshrink the stems on the coils also, theres 2 hairline cracks on top where it bolts to the bracket. Im not sure if its the problem
-Still trying to figure how to test the MAP sensor

Regarding the Map Sensor.. easiest way to check is see if you can borrow one from a fellow 1jzgte'r.. It is a simple plug and play, so would not take much time to test..
