One ignition coil is simply called an ignition coil.
A coil pack is multiple ignition coils grouped together in a pack.
Coil on plug ignition is a completely separate term and refers to a system where the ignition coil is directly on top of the spark plug and linked without a spark plug wire.

Well the extremely weird thing is that like i said before, @ low rpm's it seems to run 4 cylinder, then as the rpm's go up it goes into 8. And once the rpm's are considerably over that cylinder swap it feels completely normal. Also when the rpm's are within the range of the 4 cylinder swap into the 8 cylinder it likes to jerk a little. So i am assuming this absolutely has to be an ignition issue. And as far as i know my plug wires are in the correct locations. ( I'm assuming thats what you mean simon? ) But at this exact time i am thinking that one of my plug wires is shorted out. I think that would make perfect sense. I will go ahead and replace them since they look like they are the originals. 190k miles lol! And i did check EFI fuse. Thanks again for all the help!
