R154 gurus: Front Retainer Plate cut...need new one?

Default R154 gurus: Front Retainer Plate cut...need new one?

okay the guy I bought it from cut the front "buldge" off because it was hitting the clutch I believe - I think he was going to run had twin disk.

Is this okay to run or do I need to get the front retainer plate?

Ummm, there is nothing for the throwout to ride on if that snout is cut off... That can't be good.
