Torque Limited Frist gear 92 SC400

Ive noticed that first gear in the sc400 is a complete dog at any RPM range. From a dead stop the car will pull through first but its like its pulling a damn loaded 16ft trailer and as soon as it shifts to second it will put your head back in the seat. Whats the deal here? Any fix for this?

You can try it or unplug your maf some people claim it gives better low end. Without serious modding you're never gonna pull really hard in first gear.
