Default Radiator help needed desperately

Greetings all, I havent been on the forum in years due to starting a family and other obligations taking my time, but have always been able to find my answers from the fine individuals on this forum. If this subject has been beaten to death, i apologize. I have searched and havent found the answers. i have a 96 sc400 and need a new radiator. I purchased one online and everything was perfect with the exception of there being a cap and overflow tube. My oem unit has no cap and a hose nipple to go to a reservoir with a cap. None of the suppliers seem to have any clue. Did earlier or later models use a cap on the radiator itself? And, where can i get the correct part. Ive noticed that most people have purchased a koyo part and so far thats the only brand ive seen with more than one part # on the same year and the same part materials. Once again, I apologize if this has been covered, but any help would be greatly appreciated, Matt

My '92 SC400 had an overflow reservoir with cap. My '99 has the cap on the radiator itself.

95 sc400 has a separate (leaking on mine) overflow tank where the cap attaches. I think any standard ~13 or 14 psi cap would work for you though.

Thanks to all of you who replied. it seems that there was a mid year part change on the radiator. I actually have 2 96's, both with the same radiator. One has a 1-96 build date, the other i havent checked yet, but i bet its early in the year. So, to make it simple, If you have a 96 SC400 with the cap on the radiator, you need a 96-2000 radiator. If the cap is on the reservoir, then you need a 92-95
