Default repaired powersteering, now it wont start

So I just put everything back together after fixing my leaky power steering pump. I disconnected my alternator but i put it back in afterwards and im certain that its completely connected. It started once when I first put everything back in, but now it doesnt start at all. I get a single click when i go to start it and then a humming noise from something to the left of the throttle body. Is it possible that my starter is out?

Nope, it makes that sound because you ran out of battery.

SC400s use a hydraulic radiator fan- that holds the fluid for it.

Did you put the vacuum lines back on so it can tell the car to raise the RPM's when you turn the wheel at idle? I bet you have a hella-vacuum leak and thats why its idling funny.
