That seems to be the boost point where most guys run out fuel around. I dunno I still havn't experienced and WOT A/F numbers going above 11.1 and thats at 20psi. I still want to do the new map sensor and 550's and update, Ive just been busy getting the quad ready for motocross.

yes, you set the high and low to the same number for taking out fuel when adjusting just for injector change.
you will hit boost cut at a slightly higher psi now, if that is above your max boost, than you may not need the boost cut controller anymore.
maybe it will move up by a few psi.

At sea level boost cut is 14-15 psi. Boost cut is fuel cut. Doesn't matter single or twins on Jdm aristo or supra Ecu it happens at a certain map sensor voltage. If you are higher elevation like colorado, the boost cut is around 17-18 psi, because with the engine off at this altitude the map sensor reads about -2psi. So to hit the voltage for boost cut it takes that much more boost. Balances things out cause you loose power at altitude so it's great to be able to run a few more psi without getting a bcc. There is also a speed cut in Jdm ecu's around 110-115mph. Usdm Ecu is more like 150mph or something like that.

also the reason its set up like that is so you can drive through all kinds of elevations on the stock ecu and never need a retune.
when I brought my car here on the aem, it hardly ran enough to get it off the trailer because of the change in elevation from sea level to a mile high.
the gte ecu though has no problem with elevation it just fires up and drives like normal whatever elevation you are at, remember Japan has lots of elevation changes so they already design the ecu's with these things in mind as they would normally require a re-tune on a standalone ecu.

So with 550's injectors and a 2.5 BAR map sensor what is a safe amount of boost to run on stock ECU....
I am currently running 12psi off of wastegate with 440's and Aristo ECU...My air fuel at idle is between 14.6-15.2........on WOT it dips to 12.6-13.0

see what your AFR is, and if you are in the 10-11 AFR you have more room, so bump it up a psi or 2 at a time. if you get into mid 12's AFR then stop there and maybe back off a little bit. I have run 17 psi with the 440's and aristo ecu showing a solid 10.5 or so that is in colorado and I have aftermarket 440's (not sure if that makes a difference) but at your elevation my 17 psi is like your 15 psi, and your turbo might flow more per psi than mine. everyone's turbo is different though so maybe you can't run as much, the AFR is the only way to know.
remember the stock fuel pressure regulator is a 1:1 rising rate with boost so you are good for a little higher than you think as the fuel pressure increases with boost also, and the more fuel pressure the more the injectors put out but it will only work till a certain amount. 550's might be the better way to go in the future though but you should be able to boost more than 12 safely.
