Unhappy bad transmission?

my car is a 94 SC300, 210xxx miles on the clock, auto, every time I engage R or D on the transmission the car wants to creep forward (or backward) but with a big clunk and not smooth at all.
I been thinking is the transmission going bad, I check the fluid is not that bad. but could use some change.
i been having this strange symptoms on my car, that got worse after I replace the steering rack bushings (if there was something left) with DAIZEN, and change the spark plugs.
anyway i don't think it have something to do with it but, as i said, it got worse after it.

Check your transmission mount, U-joints, diff mounts, anythings that sees stress when the transmission is shifted. Driveline clunks can be wear items just as often as something in the transmission.

I checked all the suspension components, everything looks in good shape but the LCA.
also noticed a low pitch ratcheting sound coming from the transmission area, it gets louder when i give it some gas.

don't think is that cause then the shifter would be shaking, right?
however I found this video, the noise coming from under the transmission is the same, http://www.theforcecollective.com/we...hirring_01.mov, but mine is a SC300.
Is the auto transmission the same in the 300/400?

and this is the tread i found https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ith-sound.html
I'm afraid the transmission quits. This is my DD and I don't own a gold mine, LOL. The shop charge big money for a transmission rebuild/replace.

I need HELP!!!

Keep a watch out in the classifieds, there are people almost giving away fairly low miles auto transmissions almost weekly after they do manual swaps. You may have to drive to get one but they are almost always out there.
