I bought a sc300 and it came with a 1jzgte that hasn't been put in yet. The guy told the 1jz is out of a supra, but the harness has been made to fit a sc300. So I was looking at the 2jzge harness that came out of the sc300, and the 1jz harness has the same body plugs 2 gray, 2 white, and 1 orange one. All the plugs are the same as they will plug in to the sc300 body harness. I did notice that some of the pin are in different locations on a few plugs. What im getting at is could he be telling the truth, or do the supras have the same body plugs with pins in different locations? I also dont see where anyone has modded the harness.

IMO, you may want to check the MKIII section of supraforums, that may be your best bet if that 1jz came from the supra. Alot of swaps I've seen on here have been 1jzs coming from soarers

The MK3 body are different than the SC body plug, they are all different.

Do you think the wiring harness could be from a soarer because the 5 body plus are the exactly the same as the one from the 2jzge harness. just some of the pins on the plugs are in different spots.

It has the 3 plugs for the ecu like the supra has but the body plugs are confusing me.

Is the harness on the 1jz? If it is on the motor, it might be set up for a 2jz or standalone ecu. try asking the seller? or it may be a n/a harness
