Exclamation mystery problem

i'm 17 and my parents got me a 93' SC300 for my first car and its real nice, but i've had it almost for a year now and recently i've had trouble with it. My problems with the car is that when im driving at night with the windows down and radio and lights on is that when i hit my turn signal that my lights, speedometer, and radio will shut off for a quick second then come back on. But the biggest problem with it is that i've had to jump it twice this week the weird thing is that my battery and alternator are at 100% i just got them tested today. What might be the problem please help?

That's what it sounds like to me. Check and clean your connection to your battery. Also, check your ground wires.
