Default R154 rebuild kits?

Just got back to the states and found out my car is not really drivable anymore due to the transmission not being able to stay in gear.
Does anyone know what i need, to have it like brand new/shift like butter?

I found these kits:
http://store.driftmotion.com/static/...rebuildkit.php

Also read somewhere that the R150F kit can be used on the R154 but im not 100% sure on that. Can someone verify?
http://www.marlincrawler.com/transmi...-kit/r150f-kit

I would buy the rebuild complete kits but can't afford it.

^ Can you elaborate not stay in gear. Does the shifter it self just pop out of gear, do you have to constantly hold it to to keep the car moving?

Pops out of first, have to force it in and hold it.

Need new clutch... Had that exact same problem on 5th gear when I used to own a 92 Nissan Sentra SE-R. Resurfaced the flywheel, replaced the clutch, pressure plate, bearing and fixed the problem. Yours could be totally different tho but that was the case with mine.

I hope its not the clutch, just put in a new one a month before i left and shouldn't have more than 1000 miles on it (ACT 6 pad spring centered disk) but i know the pressure plate was kind of beat up (ACT extreme pressure plate). I'm guessing the sycros need to be rebuilt but i could be wrong.
