Well I paid 5 for mine came with some extra stuff too, Id say do it at least around my area you cant really find any and if you do there gone in a second.
you could get the Solstice R145 or AX5 or what ever they call it, for a lot less and it would be a lot better transmission, although it would take some mods to make it work but your end result will be better.

I remember seeing it here people were saying the Solstice came with an R154, a little different from the Toyoter one, but still almost an identical tranny.
