Default SC300 motor

OK so the SC300 has a N/A supra motor right? well the SC motor is an inline 6, I thought the supra was a V-6. Is the Supra an inline 6 with a sequential turbo thus being a TT. then what is the difference between the N/A Supra and the TT Supra engines: obviously compression ratio but what about Cams and so forth.
Or am I just completely far out there. Im asking because im thinking about getting an SC but want to eventually turbo it if I do. As you can guess I dont know much about these cars yet.

They're both I6 motors, the 2JZ-GE (SC3 and NA Supra) and 2JZ-GTE (Supra TT). Yes, the head is different, and the cams are different too. The only other main differences are the pistons (lower compression) and oil squirters for those pistons, and the intake and exhaust manifolds.
