Default [93' SC400] New Used transmission installed - car shakes/vibrates badly now

The other day I had a new/used transmission (supposedly of only 70k miles) installed in my SC400. Now when you drive the car, anything above about 1500 RPM gives a noticeable shake, or shudder to the entire car. It's as if input shaft going into the trans is bent or something?

Any thoughts on this?

It's worst @ 2k RPM but increases in vibration along the entire RPM range. I'm avoiding driving the car now... Which is exactly the opposite effect of what getting a new transmission was intended to do.

Last notes are that I can audibly hear the gears and mechanical items within the transmission very clearly through the center console of my car - where as with my old trans (even though it was totally burnt out and no gear positions worked at all anymore) it was nearly completely silent in that regard.
