Default Possible to decrease clutch pedal travel?

I have recently been driving some of my friends cars (97 z3, 03 Mini s, 02 WRX) and have noticed that for one their clutch pedals are much stiffer and the pedal physically has a much shorter travel than that on my SC300 MT. I like their clutches way better because it made the car feel much more sporty. Is there any way I can do this to my sc300 without replacing the stock clutch? I would think it would be possible since the clutch doesn't actually engage until really close to the top anyways. Also I had the clutch replaced about a year ago (wasn't thinking at the time to upgrade it) to the same OEM one and when I got the car back the clutch was much softer. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

to get what you want, you need to change the pivot point, ie increase the length between the pivot point and the master cyl hole on the pedal so it moves further with less pedal travel, really wouldnt be too hard to do, I guess no one has tried it..
