92 SC4 ac compressor leaks common?

Is it common to leak? I think the ac was serviced in early 2000. I'm not sure if the compressor is original or a reman.

I think I saw the green R134 leaking down to the oil filter when I lifted the car.

I believe that the green is the a/c dyi. Not common for them to leak but things break. Seals get dry.
