Its a set of turbo upgrades which is why it has 2 intakes. I believe you can still do it for the stock 1jz twins but its going to be custom fab.

I wish i could find a manual or something that would teach me about the engine more lol so i could see how that could be done.

Its basically a custom turbo manifold paired with a set of nice turbos, a custom dp, oil lines, and custom intakes. These parts are pretty expensive which is why so many people go single turbo instead.

Im not really sure which is better between the 1jzs vvti or not, but if youd really like power your going to upgrade the turbos, which will require you to get a different turbo manifold. From what i remember reading the vvti has better low end torque compared to the non vvti because of its single turbo.

That's all aftermarket, factory twins replaced with Garrett turbos running in parallel. Nothing on the exhaust side is factory. Two turbos are usually more expensive compared to a big single. Finding space for everything is also another factor.
