Default Changing the clock lol!

I have a 2000 model soarer, all in Jap so no idea how to go about changing the clock on my dash, I have the digital cluster!

I know its stupid but please help

dissconect and then reconnect the battery at 1 o'clock? Sounds dumb, but the clock resets every time u unhook the battery...give it a try
