alrighty, its that time for me to go stand alone. i need to know which ems to buy. i tried searching but didnt really find anything.

1992 lexus sc300
mods:
walbro 255lph
mishimoto supra radiator with autozone automatic trans cooler
440cc injectors
adjustable fpr
plenum intake manifold
90mm throttle body
stock twins
--upgraded Y pipe and down pipe - all 3"
--3 inch exhaust all the way back
built head
--3 angle mild polish
--hot tanked and decked
--HKS cam gears
--HKS 272 cams
--arp head studs
--dual springs
--retainers
--new factory replacements for everything else
3 inch front mount intercooler
--3 inch piping
greddy type s bov
HKS hi power muffler
STOCK SOARER AUTO - possibly changing out for a built auto

gauges:
boost/vacuum
oil press/temp
wide band with datalogger


power out put im looking for: 400s whp
this is a highway, dig racing car.
budget: between $1000-$1500

apexi power fc would be nice but no one tunes it

i guess aem, jumper harness, hks ignition amplifier?

i did, i was just hoping someone on here knew what was up.

i decided to go with Aem Ems v2 for the 2jzgte part #30-6100 for $1,899.99 NEW and the custom soarer to 2jzgte jumper harness for $275 from phoenixtuning.com

now i just gota figure out this hks dli and the IAT sensor

you shouldnt need a dli or IAT sensor.

Im running a v1 EMS on my 1jz with a patch harness and my ems is reading all my stock sensors.

400+ whp is gonna be pushing it on the stock twins. If you're going all out with an AEM EMS you might look into ditching the twins for a single.

^^^^ im with him, 400 hp on stock twins, id ditch the twins n get a decent size single, something were its big enough for some topend and small enough to have fun in the city... maybe a 60-1 or a GT35R

if you want a really good EMS system I reccomend Haltech. I am running it in my car and I absolutly love it. I wouldnt trade it for AEM or anything. It controls so much more than the AEM and the datalogging is 20 times better. Just a second option.

i think im going to hold off on ems for now and make my car look a little better.. ie: new wheels, shine kit and is-f blue paint

yep i have a soarer 1jz.

There are better options out there but the AEM is probably the best bang for the buck. Haltechs are great choice as well just a little bit more money.

greddy emanage ultimate works great, we've ran them on a 1j's and 2j's no problems...

OKAY.

i purchased a aem ems v1 30-1100, and a dr. tweak jumper harness soarer > 2jzgte.

my question is, which sensors do i need! i know i need the gm 3 bar map sensor, but what else? do i need the gm iat aswell for the aem ems? any other sensors i need? i have a wideband with data logging
