go Aem, looking at your other parts you dont want to mess with map ecu with injectors like that.
you must be goin for crazy power if you are doing rods and pistons. may want to up the injectors or drop the rods and pistons. Use a Dli if you are keeping the stock TT coilpacks.

I have most of these parts. Just need help with not purchasing certain components that arent corect for my car(radiator and DLI). Im running a GE motor not gte motor. Would the TT coil packs work instead of the DLI. My horse power goal is about 650whp.

you should use the 2jz-ge vvti coilpacks and ignitor, or just stick with the distributor.
with the vvti coilpacks or the stock dizzy you shouldn't need a Dli.
you can't use TT coilpacks unless you get a front facing intake manifold, but it will require a DLI with the Aem so its all around better for na-t to just go vvti coilpacks.

thanks looking into a intake manifold now..since vvti and now vvti head internals are I dentical would a supra intake manifold be a direct fit for my motor. Could I also run a after market fuel rail for the supra.
Would I need a rear end to optimize my builds performance,if so which would you guys recommend

you can't use GTE fuel rails or manifolds, they are not interchangeable with the GE. we all wish they were though. The stock GE rail is good for quite a bit of power with some large injectors and a fuel pump. There are companies that make rails for na-t, just do a search and make sure its for na-t 2jzge
