Default Rear Main Oil Seal Issue

So I had my rear main oil seal replaced about four months ago. A month ago I noticed that I was leaking oil and it was coming from the rear main oil seal. It wasn't under warranty anymore, but the shop replaced it free of charge. 2 weeks ago I noticed I was still leaking oil, and took it back to the shop. They said there were loose bolts that they tightened (just waited in the lobby, took their word for it). A few days ago I noticed I was still leaking oil. Not as much as the first oil leak, and a little bit less than the second leak. I'm getting real frustrated with it (had my issues with this car). Any idea what the issue is? Thanks for any help.
