power steering back flow?
okay guys. i redid my power steering system cause ive been getting leaks.
i fixed the leak [o-ring under the reservoir] and then i also re routed my ps cooler. my oem lines were smashed from a prior accident.
my ps cooler is now located in front of my radiator, but below level with the tow hooks.
proper fluid levels, but when i turn off my car, i can hear air and even sometimes fluid spit out of my reservoir cap. and some times spits out plenty of fluid. never had this issue before untill i opened the system.
could there be air trapped in the ps cooler and it stays in the cooler when i turn off my car, it then pushes the fluid into the reservior, causing it to spit out?
any ideas?

ima guess air bubbles patrick. i hope thats it.
only thing that i changed was that o-ring under the reservoir join to the actual PS pump, and then i lightly put some RTV blue around the mating flat surface just to be sure.
other then that, the pump stayed the same. type of fluid stayed the same.
