cherp, stay away from the 040 alpha and his team have done some extensive flow testing using a 040 and they have been found to flow even less than a walbro

stick with the walbro ( rem theres no pressure on the walbro now that you have a 044 taking the fuel so walbro reliability is no longer a question) or throw a denso in there ..errol at tps stated to me for my goals into the 600"s the 044 by itself can deliver it although at the edge so feeding it with a good intank is solid for 800 and alpha easily made 750rwhp with your exact setup and had to take fuel out so there was lots of headroom

Just for info - I now have three Bosch 044's in my SC tank Helped me make 1004 rwhp @42 psi on E85!

Two 044's are good for about 900 rwhp on E85, obviously more on race gas.

Any pics or write-ups or anything? I'm aiming for 700hp on e85, and feel like twin in-tank 255's in parallel will be right on the edge, so I'm starting to lean towards twin 044's.

bringing back from the dead...can you provide any insight on corrosion on the pumps running E85 and pumps being intank. Also do you drive it daily or more of a weekend warroior.

Trying to get info on 044 and intank setup = corrosion. Debate I read all over other forums.
