Default running lights won't turn off!

I have a 99 SC300 that all of a sudden the side lights and headlight running lights (the ones that flash when I lock and unlock the car) will not turn off, no matter what I do. Anyone see anything like this before?? Help!

I appreciate this tip brother, since I've put 20 Inch rims on it I've had a few hard rubs here and there. My problem was I could not turn the low beams off unless I disconnected the battery for a few minutes then reconnect they would stay off but if I turned the switch on and back off and shut the car off and pull the key they remained on ( one wire that was Red with white pin stripe would ground out against another exposed wire and activate the relay for the headlamps)

Now onto see if I can figure out why I have an intermittent misfire, if anyone reads this ( I know wrong section but Im just adding to what Ive already posted ) I think I might know what it is, I doubt that it is the ECU... I think its between 1. Injector(s) sticking to faulty Plug(s) Wires etc.... IACV maybe.... It will start missing then catch up with it self then miss again, I've bypassed the the Pump Relay behind backseat and made a jumper wire ( Diagnostic Connecter top side drivers side of engine, front 2 sockets pins ) for a "constant current" fuel pump mod...
