I just installed mine today. If you have a 96 SC300 with the GE, it wont fit as is perfectly. It will want to contact a small plate behind the TPS and the intake plenum. I put a few extra washers on then sanded down the bit of the throttle body it was touching. Now it fits and looks great.

i also have a sc300 2JZ-GE .. u have pics of that? having trouble visualizing what u mean...lol

Nope won't fit the 400 unless you take the Lexus emblem off the intake Plenum and add washers.
