Climate control just blows air, not cold, not hot.
Ok I've searched this fourum up and down and cannot find anyone else with the issue I am having, IDK maybe its the key words i'm using, but I did try to search. Ok on to my issue. I have a 94 SC400 the climate control turns on and blows air with no problems, fan seed and mode selector all work fine and the fuses are all good. But the Climate control wont blow cold air, and wont blow hot air. It just blows air. What can possibly be the issue here? Any help you guys can provide would be awsome. Thanks.

I have the exact same issue actually, i don't have heat or a/c.
I can tell you right now that I know for a fact the no a/c is because the system has a leak and has leaked out most of the refrigerant over the years, but unfortuneately it's R12 so to recharge it will be very pricey.
The no heat situation is a little trickier, I changed my thermostat with no change, and have tried reverse flushing the coolant with no luck. So i suspect it is either a blocked heater core, or if you're car has a heater control valve, that could also be the culprit.

Gonna change the hoses? I knew someone who failed to replace the hoses and it cost him a perfectly good 2jzge motor.
Have someone press the heater button and watch the heater control valve in the engine bay to see if it actuates.
check for ac codes
i think it was key to 'on' then simultaneously press 'recirculate' and 'auto' buttons down to access the ac diagnostics.
