NO spacers! like i said you need the sc300 manual mount not the auto one, just the auto crossmember.

That mount thats on the pictures here, is that the one becourse I have a few of theese, but when bolting it up the tranny sits pretty high in the tunnel...

Anyone who can mesure the distance between output shaft cover on the r154 aqnd the top of the tunnel.... ore post some pictures of that.. or of the r154 shifter housing poking through the tunnel into the car, maybe with a tape mesure to show how much it sticks out..

Im asking about the height of the r154 aoutput shaft cover.... well more like the distance from the prop tunnel to the outputshaft cover on the box.. .. I have the mount, but the auto crossmember sits the gearbox to high, so I want the placement of the box, and then i´ll make a new crosmember that fits..

ar.r.. my english suck *****.. :-D

ANYbody that can just upload a picture of the shifter housing from inside the car...

something aint right there. that mount should work. u got something off there. not sure what it is. but its some gnarly sheet!

thats why i always say. if ur gonna do a manual swap, whether it be w58 or r154. u get one from a soarer. not try to adapt a supra r154 cause the rear tail shaft cover of the trans is different.

that sounds pretty odd.. :-S I gues the issue is with the r154 tailshaft cover... even when just hanging the gearbox on the crossmember the box hits the tunnel roof :-S so if thats the case, I´m not gonna swap box.. I´m just gonna make up a new lower crossmember that fits... but for that i need to know how the box hangs in the tunnel

That picture is the correct mounting for the R154.

That is because it has the W58 Trans mount.

The MKIII Supra Trans mount sit the trans up too high.

You need a W58 trans mount.

You can use the automatic trans mount.

Might be, but the auto mount cant bolt onto my r154, so I might have another rear housing.. I´m gonna make my own crossmember tomorrow, lowering the mount about an inch... that should do it..
