Default Differential Grinding and Binding

Well I fixed the exhaust. It made a huge difference but then my car started driving funny. from a stop or turning the car jerked as if the brakes were grabbing (I wish they were). Put my car on a lift and tried to free spin each wheel. Lo and behold the right side was binding up. The wheel would turn a quarter then just stop (FML)

Does anybody know how bad this could be? It wasn't driven much with this problem so hopefully it's not too big. Or if anybody has a diff that will fit? I need my car up and runnning.

Thanks, PaulWall
