There are quite a few threads about this.
Spray some pb blaster on the fittings, let sit for a while to penetrate, spray some more, let sit. Then use flare nut wrenches (sometimes called line wrenches) so you don't round out the nut.
Make sure you have low fuel and remove the fuel filler cap.
It's the same exact thing on the sc300 and 400.

why fuel filter still leak than 30sec??? how i can stop them fuel leak?

you're supposed to pull the EFI fuse from the engine bay fuse box.
that should stop any fuel from being pumped through as soon as whatever you have in the line between the pump and the filter comes out. twist it upwards and keep it twisted with a rubber band, while replacing the filter.
