SC300 starts but usualy won't idle after
The car will start and then die like 5 to 10 seconds afterwards and usually quicker if your foot is on the gas pedal. I’ve tried it while leaving the clutch in and releasing it out (in neutral). This started yesterday afternoon in about 80 degree weather and also did it the second and third drive this morning maybe 65 degrees out, taking be about 10 minutes to get the car to run each time. I'm guessing it’s the fuel or sparking cutting out for some reason? I don't thinks its IAC related since putting your foot on the accelerator doesn't help and probably makes it die quicker which it may not be getting enough fuel during that time? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

if your car is idling fine afterwards the iac is probably operating still.
could be fuel or spark. alot of weather related problems that show up in summer could be related to a bad thermostat. im afraid yours looks pretty general. you will need to have it checked out or start eliminating all the small things. checking the plugs, air filter, etc.. while you are at it.
