Not accelerating..

Default Not accelerating..

So tonight after dinner i was driving home doing about 65-70mph on the freeway, and all of a sudden rpm drops car wont accelerate. About 4 to 8 seconds later it responds and goes as normal again. This has happen about 3 times today. I have no clue what is going on I did the search and no similar problems. Any one with any inputs?

There's numerous things that could cause this. Hmmm....air+fuel+spark....I'd start with spark or fuel. You could have a bad plug/coil wire, faulty fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, bad distributor (cap,rotor), etc, etc, etc....

check your battery connection as i had it before and my lights would go off too good luck and post results

test battery and alternator and if this not a problem, next step is the MAF sensor..

cleaned the maf sensor and everything is fine
