Default Belt Tensioner pulley Question

92 SC300 stock GE.

I recently had to replace my serpentine belt and tensioner pulley. After I installed them I saw that the pulley was actually touching the the arm its bolted to. Everything I removed when taking off the old one I used when installing the new pulley.

1. One 14mm (i think) bolt
2. The big plate (washer like) that the bolt goes through to keep the bolt from touching the pulley.
3. The new pulley

I tried to make the bolt as tight as possible without torquing it down too hard to where its pushed up against the tensioner arm. Now its starting to loosen up the bolt. If I don't stay on top of re-tightening it, the bolt will eventually loosen enough to fall out allowing the pulley to fall off. I checked the FSM but could not find anything on all of the necessary parts for assembling it correctly. Any help/pictures of a correct setup would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

For anyone who may face this issue in the future:

The problem was the factory washer/plate that separates the bolt from the actual pulley was too big for the replacement tensioner pulley I bought at Autozone and the pulley itself was too big for the stock tensioner because it rubbed against it. Finally I just decided to buy a new tensioner pulley kit from Autozone and replace the entire assembly which after installation works like a champ.

DO NOT
purchase only the tensioner pulley because YOU CANNOT use it with the stock tensioner arm. You must replace the entire assembly which comes as an entire kit for $140 (except the actual serpentine belt).
