Default How to change AC Compressor on SC300??

Ok so i just searched all over google and searched all of club lexus and i could not find a tutorial on how to change the AC compressor on a sc300. i found like 3 tutorials for a sc400 but not for a 300.

does anybody have a link to a tutorial on how to change it or and show me how its done correctly on a 2JZ-GE?

i spoke to a couple of 2jz gurrus and the told me its a pain in the butt to change because i would have to cut off the the top stud that holds the compressor in order for it to come out? or unbolt the stud?

if anybody can shoot me in the right directions i would apreciate it

thanks in advance

it super easy
1. remove belt.
2. safetly recover freon, unbolt top stud , 12mm. it disconects both the suctuon and discharge manifold
3. unplug power
4.unbolt. there is a long stud on the side of the compressor that must be removed (like the alternator) so that way it can be removed
5. assembly opposite.

Torx socket like it was mentioned. The one you will need is an E10.
