Hi guys, I have 96 sc300, 5sp, I delete EGR system (left vsv and canister under intake manifold, I replaced valve cover seal, new disterbutor cap/rot, plugs, wires, and STP fuel injector clearner. Still CEL came on, I did OBD II and P0300(random/multiple cylinder misfire), P0304 (cyl 4 misfired), P0305(cyl 5 misfired), P0306 (cyl 6 misfired). I search and only 1 person had same issue back in 2003, his username is William, but I don't know he solved the issue, it wasn't clear. I did IM him but no repond. Please help me out guys!!!

Thank you,

Don

I couldn't take off last intake manifold to take off canister. Do I need to take that off canister too? Or, just plug it off?

The yellow line I hooked up with butterfly intake mani and the red circle I hoked up with heater control. Every time when I hooked up the white hose to TB control the engine slows down that it almose like shoting off. Please help!!

^^ you can get rid of that code with the right resistor where the probe plugs in.

Or you could leave the EGR system in and not pollute the air as much

mayor nub here, but anyone know what was used to plug the little short hoses? for example the three short blue ones on the top. To be honest it looks like a ball bearing wedged in there? Is this correct what have other people used cause iv also seen these pics....

From Lex_man

PS

Has anyone recently use an expansion or freeze plug to close the lower opening at the base of the egr tube? I really havent seen too many pics... mostly everyone using a homemade( i dont have tools to make one) or the fabed plates u can buy.

sorry to bump old thread but just finished injectors and rather than putting egr back in I'm doing this so two quick questions on the diagram that pezlo put up I'm guessing i can remove everything in red and only keep the two hoses in green? and again blocking off the other ones what do i use?
those hoses with little bearings in them can i find them at the auto parts store?

thanks again

I used vacuum caps to seal the little tubes. Like these:
