PTE injector o rings

i recently bought some new PTE injectors and when i opened to check it out, it didn't have any o rings on the bottom part but it does on the top near the clip...do i need o rings for that part or not? this pic is not mines but this is how it looks like.

Did you ever figure it out?

My PTE 525cc's came with O-rings at the bottom, But i just ordered 780's, so I'm curious
