I have a few issues with my car

1) Recently there is this humming noise coming from my engine upon cold start ups. It usually gets quieter or stop after the car has warmed up but it continues only when I turn the wheel either way. I check power steering fluid its fine. Though that might be why the hum when I turn but I guess not. Sounds like its coming from a belt to me.

2) My car will always start but sometimes when I try to turn it over from a cold start only I get this weird sound. I try it again and it fires right up. Checked start multiple times they said it tested great every time. Along with Battery and Alt.

3) This only happens once in a blue moon. But one day a month ago it happened twice in 1 day. At low speeds when im coming to a stop so im not accelerating the car will stall out. It starts right back up but to mean thats really odd no idea. BTW im auto. 95. Sc400. 126k
