Default CEL and oil pressure light are on without key being in...

I finished up reinstalling my motor and tranny tonight on my 92 SC400. I pulled them out to change all the gaskets and seals besides the head gaskets. I put it back in and hooked everything up tonight. I put the key in the ignition and turn it to ON. The gauges and needles light up but the only warning lights I get are the ABS light-which goes out after a few seconds- and the seatbelt light. I try to start it and nothing, only a little click from the starter solenoid. When I hold the key in the start position - the oil temp., coolant, BRAKE and blown brake light illuminate. I put the key back to ON and they go out. When I remove the key the CEL and oil pressure light are on very faintly and stay on even with the key out of the car. Im confused?????

I left the main ground down by the oil filter off.
