Default Has anyone dealt with a P0441 issue?

I know it has something to do with the EVAP and so on. I got the gas cap tested and it passed but the code shows up every now and then. I am able to clear it and it will pop up when the car is low on fuel. Just wondering if any has dealt with and issue like this? or knows where I should start looking. BTW it's a 96 SC300 5speed with about 127k miles on it. Car runs fine nothing out of the normal. TIA.
