Default jdm tt question

Im going to swap an aristo gte in my car soon and i was looking into the usdm turbos. People say that the jdm turbos are ceramic but I found something that has me questioning.
On this web site: http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/specs.htm

To make it easier fo you guys it says: Note 1: The Japanese twin turbo uses ceramic (exhaust side only) shafts which can be replaced with no modifications by the steel CT20A (large version) turbine shafts. These steel shafts are found in 2JZ-GTE Aristo's and some turbo diesel Toyotas.

So does the aristo's turbos ceramic or not?
