Ive heard a few times that single is better than twin. Why is this so?

edit:if you vote, please give reason as to why you chose what it is you chose..other wise its pointless.

well thats easy if u are talking about supra twins, cause they break!! but if it were true twins like an hks setup then it would just be preference of the owner cause they can both hold big power!

No it's twin. The other smaller turbo is just hiding under all that piping.

That setup is f'n crazy...and 7g's....kinda steep but I guess it could be worth it.

In terms of single and twin, i guess it's preference, but with that kit up there, I'd say it's best to go twin, provided you're using that kit lol

that price really isnt that bad...
turbos probably 1200-1500 each $2400-$3000
Manifolds are probably 400-500 each $ 800- $1000
4" downpipe $500
4" midpipe $500
3" inlet piping $150
5" intake tube $200
5" filter $125
44mm wastegate $350
60mm wastegate $580
AN lines $150
Boost control $125
Misc hardware for install $100 or so.
labor to weld and what not.

the price is right on for that kit IMO.

This is such a vague poll bro.

Which one is better? Depends on what you're doing with your car.

Furthermore, people can argue over twins being better than a single and vice versa.

And that link is a compound turbo. Another turbo sits underneath it.
IMO this will be more popular for people looking for big single turbo power w/ twin responsiveness.

The question always comes down to what you want to do with the car.
