Default sc400 custom exhaust piping question

Well im in the market for an exhaust for my car an right now i just have the resonators removed on my 99sc400. But now i want to upgrade, an its between magnaflow mufflers i beleive the 14829's,or megan mufflers. An i was going to get the magnaflow x-pipe. But im not sure to get with 2.25 inch piping or 2.5? Everyone seems to get with 2.25 but it doesnt sound too far from stock. I dont wanna have a super loud exhaust but i do wanna bring out the sound of the v8 ya know? This is my daily an im just looking for a good sound, but not too loud so any suggestions?

go with a 2.25" cause ya may wanna keep the power and not lose your torque. Look at a few vids on youtube that'll help ya decide.

go with 2.5'' with an H-pipe, 1 resonator on each side of the exhaust and a set of these:
