Default Looking to buy an intake

Quick question for you guys. I have a 94 SC300 2JZ-GE and I'm looking to get an intake for it. What would you guys recommend for short ram or cold air that gives the most power? I've looked around online and seen a bunch of Injens, but not sure how much power they make you gain. Do you guys have any preferences in intakes? I'm leaning towards more of a cold air intake instead of short ram because I want more power.

BFI..that is all you need. No sense in spending $150+ on an aluminum pipe when your stock intake with a BFI'd airbox will allow more airflow and its free.

if you really want more power, boost the engine..you wont regret it.

What does BFI mean? And btw, I have a stock replacement K&N filter in the airbox right now not sure if that helps or not...

BFI stands for "Big Fu***** Intake"...basically you cut out the entire front section (right behind the headlight) of the stock airbox, and thats it.

The K&N drop in will help a small amount, but best thing to do is just stick with the stock parts and do the BFI, or boost.

a quick link to help you out with the BFI mod:

do the bfi until you are ready to turbo. thats what i did. and do the bfi as efficiently as possible, the more efficient the better results.
