Default Amsoil Help

anyone used it?
I used it on my mazda before and I would go 7500-8k without changing cause the oil would not get that dirty, anyone did this with their SC?
Im planning to do this once I seafoam, and do I need to change spark plugs and wires after seafoam?

I use Amsoil 10w30 in the 1jz. I cant really say if it's worth it or not though except that it still look's like new and hasn't show ANY sign of breaking down.

Depends how fast you can change the filter. The long interval is with changing the filter often.
